Our Cottage is one of the most private homes in The Hollows. Only one neighbor over 100' away It has received over 100 Five Star ratings and is very unique for the Hollows! It’s located on 1+ wooded acres and is surround by an additional 20+ unoccupied Hill Country acres. The Cottage is directly on the 8 miles of private walking, biking, & hiking trails.

You can rent the Cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms or you can add the optional detached Studio Suite that sleeps 2 and has its own private bathroom. The Studio Suite is available at an additional cost (see the optional Studio pictures & prices). The Cottage sleeps 7 in beds or 9 with the Studio Suite pull-out sleeper couch. The Cottage has 2 Pac-n-Plays.

The home is 1,850 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and it's 2,250 sq. ft. with the extra cost detached Studio suite For your privacy we only rent the Studio to the guests occupying the Cottage.

The Cottage is great for those that want beauty, views, privacy and quietness. Beautiful home, designed like a mountain cottage with Hill Country views from every room. Located in the 1,200 acre Hollows Resort complete with 4 private swimming pools, pickle ball, basketball, picnic areas, a wonderful lakefront swimming area on Lake Travis. All Hollows facilities are private and free to our guests. Enjoy wildlife, streams, waterfalls and limestone cliffs as you walk. The views at the resort of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country are stunning.

The private Northshore Marina is right here at The Hollows and is only 5 minutes by car from the Cottage. Call them to get information on renting boats and jet skis. No detail is overlooked in our luxury retreat. The home has everything you ever wanted including 48' & 32' Sony high definition LCD TVs with DVD players, satellite TV with DVR and stereo.

The large Texas Master Suite has scenic views of the Hill Country and a luxurious bathroom complete with a wonderful 'rain' shower head. Each bedroom is a suite with a private bath.
The Master Suite has a King bed. The Guest Suite has a Queen bed and the Bunk Room Suite has a bunk with a single on top and a standard double on the bottom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom!
A huge covered 24'x 12' balcony is right out the back door. It has dining for 6 or more and fabulous views of the hills from every room.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with everything you will need for your cooking needs. There are granite counters and a granite island for food preparation and eating.

The laundry room has the latest high-end large capacity washer & dryer!

The Hollows is a luxury private resort community. The Property Owners Association owns the Beach Club, swimming pools, playgrounds, and all the amenities. The Beach Club also has a restaurant that operates seasonally Wed. - Sun. (call for more restaurant information). Because they are private, and in a secured area, all guests will receive a free membership during their stay. Each adult guest will be required to sign a Property Owners Association (POA) release before arrival. Individuals that are not registered guests are not permitted to use the Beach Club.

Open outdoor fires are no longer permitted in vacation homes in our city. BBQ and propane fires are OK.
