THE SPACE

The Lindell sits directly on South Congress, which means the best of Austin starts at your front door and you never have to touch a car. Six bedrooms and four baths sleep 16 — the whole group under one roof, plus a private guest house for the ones who want their own door.

Mornings are coffee on the patio and breakfast a block away. Afternoons are putts in the sun and bocce on the lawn. Evenings start at the wet bar, move to the projector, and end around the fire pit — or at the Continental Club down the street, open since 1955.

A separate space with its own entrance, living room, and kitchenette — ideal for a second family, the couple who wants their own door, or parents who’d rather not be next to the game room. Included with your stay; the whole property is yours.

THE GAME ROOM

The heart of the house. Olhausen pool table with a ping pong conversion top, foosball table, three full-size arcade cabinets — NBA Jam, Big Buck Hunter, and Pac-Man/Galaga/Dig Dug — and a true home theater setup: 10-foot projector screen with Denon-powered 5.1 surround sound and Apple TV for streaming your own accounts. Movie nights, game days, and karaoke that gets out of hand in the best way.

THE WET BAR

Built for hosting — deep navy cabinetry, white oak shelves, wine rack, wine fridge, nugget ice maker, and bar sink, with a full glassware set for the whole group: wine, coupes, rocks, highballs, and shots. Bring your bottles and set up shop.

THE GLAM STATION

A dedicated getting-ready area with a lit mirror, generous counter space, and outlets where you actually need them. Everyone gets ready at once instead of taking turns in a bathroom.

KITCHEN & DINING

Full-size kitchen equipped for cooking at scale — quality cookware, serveware, coffee maker, and counter space for a group breakfast or a taco spread. Dining seating for everyone, plus a kitchenette in the guest house for coffee and small bites without crossing the yard.

Open-concept living in the main house with comfortable seating for the whole group, warm layered lighting, and a Samsung Frame TV that displays artwork when it’s off. A second living room in the guest house gives the group two places to land.
