For added convenience, there’s an EV charger in the garage, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to charge up during their stay(please let us know prior for access code). The pool can be heated for an additional charge; however, please note that it is not a hot tub.

Small gatherings are welcome with prior request and approval, subject to an event fee. Please note, the property can accommodate a maximum of 25 guests at a time.
For those interested in heating the pool, a $150 fee applies per weekend. Otherwise, you’re welcome to enjoy the pool in its natural state!
For extended stays of 20 days or more, guests will be responsible for utility costs, which will be billed at the conclusion of their stay.
