Welcome to your perfect getaway! This brand-new, modern home sits just steps from a sparkling pool and features a private balcony with a BBQ grill, making it ideal for families, groups, or a friends’ retreat. With 3 spacious bedrooms and room for up to 10 guests, you’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The Space:
Some of the furniture you see in the photos has been recently updated. While the style and comfort remain top-notch, the current pieces may differ slightly. We’re always striving to make the space more welcoming for your stay!

This gorgeous home features stunning hardwood flooring, lots of natural light and large closet spaces. Each of the bedrooms comes with it's own ensuite bathroom and laptop friendly dedicated workstation. The first two bedrooms are located on the ground level. There is a spacious King bedroom and also a comfortable Queen bedroom. The primary King bedroom is on the second level, and includes a private furnished patio that overlooks the backyard pool, and also has a large soaker tub in the ensuite. Finally, there is a third floor loft that has a trundle bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. Plus, you can add BBQ to your menu thanks to the outdoor grill. There's plenty of space to lounge in the living room, and we've put in a large smart TV with internet access for your entertainment. There's even a workstation if you absolutely must check in with the office!

Soak up the Austin sunshine from the back patio! There's a fully fenced in yard, sun lounger recliner chairs, and a sparkling swimming pool to cool off in. If you'd like for us to heat the pool for you, please let us know (there is an additional fee). We've even put in collapsible umbrella shades if the sun gets too intense for you. Enjoy dining poolside with a meal cooked fresh from your outdoor BBQ grill. Austin living at its finest!

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
• Please note that the upstairs bathtub is currently out of order but the toilet and shower are still available for use. Our maintenance working to fix this issue. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
• Our maintenance team comes by every Friday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.

Additional Services:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• If you feel like grilling up something delicious, we've got you covered. For just $70, we’ll deliver a tank of propane right to your door so you can fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy some outdoor cooking.

• Your well-being is our top priority. We deliver the highest cleaning standards, with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

• Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

• Security Camera Disclaimer:
For your safety and peace of mind, please be aware that there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the home, including inside the garage (facing the garage door) and in the backyard. These cameras are in place to monitor the property’s exterior only and ensure the security of our guests and the home.

**If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fits securely inside the provided bins.**

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

We can be reached at any time via the Airbnb app, text, or phone. We want you to have a EXCELLENT stay so if there is anything we can do to help you accomplish that please don’t hesitate to ask!
