The Space:

Located just minutes from Zilker Park and Downtown Austin, this rare 6BR designer duplex offers 2 separate units connected by a backyard retreat. The perfect setup for groups that want time together without sacrificing privacy.



2 full-size kitchens and 2 living spaces - each equipped with 55” flat screen LED TVs.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Behind the duplex is a private courtyard perfect for large groups looking to enjoy some fresh air, take a dip in the newly constructed swimming pool, or gather by the fire pit. 



Upstairs in Unit A (Right Unit), you’ll find Bedroom 1 fitted with a King bed an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 across the hall is fitted with a King bed and also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  Downstairs past the kitchen, you’ll find Bedroom 3 fitted with two Double beds.



Upstairs in Unit B (Left Unit), you’ll find Bedroom 4 and Bedroom 5 – each fitted with a King bed an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.  Downstairs by the front door, you’ll find Bedroom 6 fitted with two Double beds.

-The garage is used by the owner and may be accessed from the exterior from time to time. 

- This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
