Taking cues from classic European design, this home has been elegantly designed to maximize your experience of its beautiful view. Those whose idea of relaxation is rest might want to unwind in the clawfoot bathtub or pool, while others may find their sense of calm at the in-home bar conveniently connected to the living room. AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local AvantStay office and provide your check-in details. We do not accept check-ins after 7pm.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

The house accommodated us all, however it was interesting with the kitchen being on the third level, which meant hauling food up 3 flights of stairs. The hot tub got luke warm and there were no pool lights or hot tub lights? The pool table on the 3rd level was well used and several doors either were extremely hard to open and as difficult to close. It was bare minimal as it is actively on the market to sell. Advanstay the host company were great to deal with.

Place is nice but needs alot of work

Electrician had to come out to fix breaker box 1st day.. Too summerize. The place needs alot of work. Yard not mowed. Doors hard to open. Pool rocks falling apart.. Rug very worn. Could be a beautiful home but needs tons of work.

Property is for sale, flyers of the property is the first thing you see when you walk in the door, house is stripped down to a bear minimum, only two tvs, none in the living room, kitchen, pool table room with the view, just looks like they left the minimum staging requirements. The photographer for the listing should get an award.

Nice place but could be very nice

The property overall is pretty nice. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Well stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped. A few minor tweeks would make the place more comfortable. First, but an inexpensive bluetooth stereo system for the main level so that guests can connect and play music during meals. That would add a lot and cost very little. Also, all of the recessed lights are LED and EXTREMELY bright when turned on. For instance the dining room has 6-8 recessed lights that when turned on are super bright. You feel like you're in an interrogation room. Install a 50 dimmer switch to solve this problem and it would greatly enhance the comfort level. Also, leave very clear instructions regarding how to turn on the heater in the pool and spa. We could never get the spa up to temp. Even your pool guy couldn't explain how to do this. Spa was at the exact same temp as the pool (which btw was comfortable for the pool but not hot enough for a spa).
