Guests have access to the whole house, and tenants who sign a lease have access to neighborhood amenities as well.

We are here for any of your needs and our number one goal is for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable 5-star experience.

Apache Shores is a wonderful and peaceful community. It is one of the only communities that offers private lake access. You will see friendly neighbors walking by the house with their pets and waving. It's also just 5 mins from Lakeway which has a ton of great food and drink options as well as wonderful shopping. The house is 30mins from Downtown Austin

Our home is located in a beautiful and scenic neighborhood located 30 minutes from Downtown ATX. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms with a private driveway and peaceful & secluded backyard.

The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Wake up in the morning and listen to the birds chirp off the back porch while sipping some fresh brewed coffee.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with its own private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: A super cute furnished room that offers a queen-sized memory foam mattress.

Bedroom 3: This room features a twin-sized trundle bed (2 twin beds) but also has a desk workspace that includes a monitor for the "workcation" guests.

The backyard has a deck with some comfortable outdoor furniture.

The house includes a washer and dryer.


RULES:
**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $85 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
