The Space:

Between the spacious sofa and a variety of chairs in the living room, there’s plenty of room for everyone, making it the perfect house for a large group to connect. Claim a bedroom to set your things down – you can’t go wrong considering each bedroom is beautifully decorated to meet the vibes of this neighborhood. Then head out to the living room, turn on the fireplace, stream your favorite show on the smart TV, and put your feet up before you get started on your journey through Austin to hit all the popular spots.



Get some appetizers ready in the stunning kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample stone counterspace, and multi-tone cabinetry stocked with all the cooking tools you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Take a seat at the counter for three or bring the spread of appetizers and your cocktails out to the patio with seating for the whole crew. While you’re out in the fresh air, have some fun with a game of cornhole or opt for a dip in the hot tub (Hot tub is out of service until further notice). But one of the best parts about this home is you won’t even need to leave for a good cup of coffee since there's a Nespresso available (although there’s plenty of delicious spots).

Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a couch, and access to backyard and hot tub (Hot tub is out of service until further notice).



Bedroom #3 includes 1 king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 queen size beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is equipped with (3) external security camera: (1) located at the front of the house actively monitoring the front door, (2) located at the front of the house actively monitoring the entryway of both units, (3) located at the back of the house actively monitoring the backyard.

• This home is a sister unit. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined/parent unit, providing access to both units.
