LIVING & DINING
Two-story home with open concept living and kitchen. On the first floor, you’ll find both the main living area and dining room with seating for six. Hang out in the kitchen, dining area, or living room while listening to your favorite albums on the record player!

KITCHEN
Sharpen your culinary skills in the fully-equipped kitchen with spacious countertops as you socialize with your family and friends amongst the five-seater kitchen bar. The kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine; Ninja blender; and an abundance of spices, nice knives, and every utensil you could need if you like to cook!

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps eight guests total in two bedrooms, home office, and living area. On the first floor, two queen-sized blow-up mattresses are provided with access to a spacious half bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private balcony, guest bedroom with queen bed, and a queen foldout couch in the home office. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and deep soaking bathtub, while the full guest bathroom is shared between the guest bedroom and home office with ample amount of space and walk-in shower. All bathrooms provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

GUEST ACCESS
All areas of the home with the exception of the upstairs master closet.

HOUSE RULES
1. No Smoking.
2. No Pets.
3. No Eating / Drinking anything in the home without replacing them before checking out.
4. No Parties of any kind.
5. All Food & Drinks must remain in the Kitchen & Dining Room Area.
6. No Drinking of any Liquor, Beer, or Wine from the Home Bar Area.


If excessive wear and tear are found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the guest authorizes the owner to bill them for additional fees.

Please keep the noise down after 10 pm or so. Our neighbors will appreciate it.
