East side oasis with incredible backyard and pool!

This beautiful modern bungalow is fully loaded with fun amenities! Fire pit, cowboy pool , infrared sauna, BBQ, smoker, outdoor shower, outdoor entertainment system, and tons more.

Less than 15 minutes from downtown, less than 10 mins from airport in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
Two full bedrooms and baths. Primary bedroom has a sleep number king sized mattress, and en suite bathroom. The deck can be accessed directly from the primary bedroom. High vaulted ceilings and great light make this room feel like a home away from home.

The second bedroom is super unique. There is a queen sized murphy bed (super comfortable!!), and when it folds up the room becomes private gym! There is a NordicTrack iFit, foam roller, yoga mat, etc.

The second bathroom has a full shower and bathtub as well.

For all you remote workers - there are multiple places to post up to work! We have high speed wifi. The street is super quiet - perfect for zoom meetings.

The living room has a 52 inch smart tv with fire-stick. Lots of natural night and a cozy couch. There is a separate dining space, as well as a huge kitchen island with seating for two. Large open kitchen floor plan makes this space feel open and bright.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook, drink and enjoy. Natural gas stove, butchers block, knives, cookware, etc. I also leave olive oil, spices, etc so you dont need to worry about any of those :)

The backyard is huge! There are two decks, a fire pit, multiple seating areas, a grill, smoker, entertainment center, sauna, outdoor shower and fully functioning 10 foot stock tank pool.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home and yard but because I live here, I will have some cabinets, closets and the office locked.
Other things to note
I used to rent out a room in the house but now I’m only renting out the entire home so that’s why the reviews talk about my dogs!

We will not be on the premises during your stay!
