We just bought this property so we could enjoy all the things that have made Austin an international draw. We are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. You will appreciate that the building is close to everything, but far enough away to allow guests some cozy peace and quiet after enjoying the sites, music, food, and contagious energy of Austin.



Guests will have the entire place to themselves. The condo hastwo bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with a queen) andtwo full-baths plus a kitchen, dining room, and living room with alarge sectional. Also a private back patio for relaxing evenings and morning coffee.I've tried to think of everything a guest might need in the kitchen including coffee pots, cookware, blenders, slow cookers, utensils, wine glasses, etc. The living room has lots of comfy pillows and blankets.I try to treat you like a personal guest --- which you are!

Paid Netflix, Hulu Live, and Curiosity Stream subscriptions on all 3 TVs. Hulu Live provides "cable" broadcasts as well as regular Hulu streaming.

This is a new listing for me, but I would urge you to look at my reviews for my other condos in Jackson Hole, WY, Frisco Colorado (near Breckenridge),and on the FL beaches to get a sense of how I like to treat my guests.

It is contactless check-in, but am always available to answer questions or help in any way.
