This is great for a family stay, with a fun layout, comfortable beds, & cool amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and overall setup of the home, which made it easy for everyone to relax. That said, the cleaning fell well below expectations for a rental at this price point. There was a clear lack of thorough cleaning throughout the home. Several carpets had not been properly vacuumed and were covered in dog hair, as were the sofa cushions. The blankets also had a noticeable dog odor. We are not opposed to pet-friendly homes, but the amount of pet hair left behind reflected a lack of care and attention from the cleaning service. There was hair in the shower drains, bathrooms that were not fully cleaned, and large dust accumulations in the walk-in closets of the two main bedrooms—issues that could have been easily addressed with routine vacuuming. Some dishes had been put away dirty, and there was insufficient silverware for a group of ten.We also experienced a maintenance concern with the tennis court, where tiles were breaking off. One tile broke underfoot and caused a bruise, which felt like a safety issue that should be addressed.When we contacted the management company, they were responsive and promptly sent another cleaner, which we appreciated. However, even after the follow-up, the overall lack of detailed cleaning remained noticeable. With improved/change in cleaning, this would be an excellent rental. Thank you for the stay.
