This property has two reserved spots directly in front. There is also street parking for additional vehicles. Uber/Lyft, electric scooters and public transport are all great options to explore our wonderful city.
There are two reserved parking spaces directly in front of the condo for your use during your stay.
- No smoking inside of the condo. If smoke is detected, there will be a $250 fine.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- all DISHES should be put in the dishwasher ready to be cleaned.
- Beds that have been used should be stripped of sheets, pillow cases and duvet cover (mattress topper should remain on bed) and placed in the laundry room.
- all used TOWELS or ROBES should be placed in the washer for cleaning.
- all PERISHABLE items should be removed from refrigerator and all TRASH should be picked up and in the appropriate receptacles.
