Also, enjoy car-free exploration of downtown Austin on electric scooters (like Lime or Bird) with stations conveniently located all around the city. Also, rideshare is always minutes away since you're right in the middle of the action.

Quick access to Lady Bird Lake trails, Downtown, Rainy Street, Convention Center, East side, South Congress area, and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are under 10 minutes away from the University of Texas campus. It’s a great starting point for exploring Austin.

There are several ways to explore the neighborhood. The building is walking distance to all of downtown, including South Congress Area and the east side as well. Also enjoy car-free exploration of downtown Austin on electric scooters (like Lime or Bird) with stations conveniently located all around the city. Also, rideshare is always minutes away since you're right in the middle of the action.

- Pool Access is already available on the 33rd floor (not heated)

Great Austin Rental

We stayed at this property for my sister's 50th birthday celebration. It is a fabulous venue, with great views of Lady Bird Lake from the balcony and living room. It's centrally located so we were close to everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Loved having the coffee bar downstairs in the lobby. There were four of us that stayed - but easily a 5th could have joined us on the pull-out sofa. Highly recommend this rental! Our host, Kent, was very prompt in any questions or needs that we had.

Great location. Great view.

Close to what we wanted and separate from some of Austin’s louder scenes. But, very accessible with a short drive. Close to downtown and South Congress. A block or so from to the lake trail. Beautiful views of the rowing scenes early Saturday morning.

Beautiful condo in great location

This is a beautiful condo apartment with incredible views of downtown Austin. The ladybird lake trail is a 3-minute walk. The condo complex is also very cool with a good cafe/bar downstairs with reasonable coffee prices. The beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are well-sized. The only downside of this location is the noise from I-35 which never stops and surprisingly, is fairly loud even at the 21st floor.

Moms weekend trip

We are a group of middle aged moms who were in Austin for a concert. The pros really outweigh any cons of this property. Any negatives were minor. First off the location is very central. Although there is a lot of construction nearby we didnt encounter any noise issues. The building is very modern and bright with lovely furnishings. The unit itself is clean and airy, check in was very easy, and spacious for the four of us to spread out. Amenities in the building are top notch. The gym is well equipped and there is a free yoga class on Saturdays. The rooftop pool is lovely as well as the lounging areas. There is also a common room area that is large, bright, and well furnished. Beds and sofa were very comfy, linens were soft. Gorgeous view of South Congress bridge and river. Also really appreciated the clean kitchen appliances. Cons- very minor and just being nitpicky. The WiFi to the Tv kept going out. We had to turn everything off and reconnect. There is plastic in one of the kitchen outlets and we could not plug in the toaster. Some of the pool towels were stained and we found a false eyelash folded in one of them. One of the closet handles was broken. Maybe the toiletries could have been more upscale. None of these really detracted from the wonderful stay we had in the beautiful apartment and we would definitely stay there again if the occasion were to arise.

Fantastic 50th Gig

Had a super time in Austin for a few overnights. Condo was completely like the listing described and the view was spectacular. The walk to the fun stuff was easy in spite of the 106 degree record breaking temps. Will definitely book this condo again in the future. Ease of travel to airport was wonderful and any time we didn't want to walk anywhere, Uber was just as easy for anyone to find. The condo could use a Keurig machine instead of the espresso machine but coffee is readily available in the lobby at the coffee bar. Quick walk to the small grocery store was easy as well. Fantastic at fifty!!! We had a great time celebrating and staying with you all. We'll be back soon!!!

The place overall was amazing and 5 stars hands down I gave it 4 only because the fact you have to pay for parking and to keep your car in the garage is $40 a night and failure to state there isn't any free parking.

The room is very comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance to Rainey street. The building was very nice. Very nice staff, great bar downstairs and an awesome pool on the roof. Will definitely request to stay here next time. 5 stars for sure

Beautiful views with home feel and comfort

This property was definitely the one with the best view. We didn't take advantage of the pool and gym but those options are there, the home was clean and well put together. There was a balcony the even though it was 104 degrees when we got there we still had to step out on it and enjoy it. It not often I get a chance to stay at a level higher than 3! Lol. The concierge was on top of communication and was extremely helpful and patient with us. Austin was cool to visit even for one night. Thanks again it was an great experience.

A Luxury Home Away from Home

We could not have asked for a better property for our first trip to Austin. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could want, whether a couple like us or staying as a family. The views were stunning and the space itself was quiet and relaxing. The complex included a fantastic gym, pool, and public spaces. You are a short walk to the main downtown area, and Rainey street is right next door. We could not fault this property and everyone we met at the complex was super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our go to when in Austin! A+++

Can’t beat this

This place was great. We come every year for the Moto GP race and our trip was great starting with this condo. Everything about it. The view, the cleanliness, the ease of checking in and out, the location. We’ve stayed at the natiivo before and this by far was the best place for the price. The condo was very spacious and exactly like the photos, but maybe even better. We will absolutely be back next year same time, and hopefully same place!!

Not Clean - Beware No Response From Management

We arrived at about 10:00PM to find that the property had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Both beds had been slept in, the towels were wet, dirty and piled up in both bathrooms, garbage was sitting in the kitchen area. I tried to contact the property manager and did not get a response - never did. We pulled the sheets from the beds and put them in the washing machine thinking we would not get any help that night. One of the mattress pads had a disgusting stain on it which only made things more unpleasant. Eventually I was able to go to the concierge and get a phone number and a couple of very nice ladies came out to clean. They suggested we go out for a bit while they cleaned. We decided to go get a bite to eat - unfortunately everything in the area is closed by 11:00PM on a Wednesday night. We went back up to the unit at 1:00AM (2:00 AM where we came from) the ladies were finishing up and we got to bed at about 1:30AM. We had plans the following morning and had to be up by 6:00AM. I asked for compensation at the time of the phone call and was told it would be handled after our stay. I told the lady on the phone that I was not comfortable with that but she would not budge and said someone would be in touch with me. I t has been 2 weeks today... I messaged the manager two days ago, called the managing company - One Fine B&B today and was told to call VRBO Customer Service. The nice young man at VRBO also tried to reach Kent at the managing company to no avail .

Wonderful rental

The unit itself is lovely and the view is spectacular. It was very clean and communication was excellent. The area is so much fun! The lake on one side and Rainey Street on the other. It’s the best of both worlds. The building is a bit busy and the elevators were often crowded and slow. However, we would definitely stay here again.

Great family spot

We stayed here to visit our son who just moved to Austin for a new job. It was us and our two other sons (14 & 17). This rental was exactly as described and pictured. More than enough room for all of us to be comfortable. The check in/out process was thoroughly communicated by the owner and our late check in was accommodated. The location was perfect in the heart of loads of action, food, river and activities. Bird scooter rentals right outside the building made it easy to get around town. The view was an added bonus as you can see the College St Bridge right from the balcony. The kitchen was nicely stocked and a small local market is just a short walk away and made for easy meal prep when we weren't eating out. We did not take advantage of the coffee and treats available in the lobby cafe, but it was a nice perk I'm sure. The proximity to the airport made for an inexpensive Uber ride to and from the city. The roof top pool was beautiful and I know my boys appreciated the gym on site. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit. At the moment there is a ton of construction going on (and surprisingly continued throughout the night), but nothing a little white noise app couldn't drown out and didn't deter from access to everything. We did have a rental car for a few of our days and to park on site it is $20/day or $40 for overnight. I'm sure there is plenty of street parking available when construction is not going on, but currently all street parking seemed to be occupied by the construction worker's vehicles. Also, you are only given one key fob so we had be very careful to make sure it was in our possession each time we left. But no complaints and as stated before we would definitely choose to stay here again.
