"The property was clean and spacious. We appreciated the easy drive to Carlton, McMinnville, and Newberg. The apartment sits above the farm store, but we were never affected by any noise, and the host home sits up the hill. The sunsets on the property were beautiful and peaceful."

"When we arrived the driveway was blocked by 3 garbage cans and we had to go up to the door and the owner moved the cans as well as his car. He was cleaning 2 stand fans he gave us because of the no air conditioning but it was so hot in the apartment and there was such a strong smoky smell we were unable to stay even one of the 2 nights. "Disappointed that there was no central Airconditioning. They did however have portable room air conditioners, but I should not waste my vacation time setting them up.I wanted to bake something in the kitchen oven and as it was heating up to 375 degrees there was a toxic fuming smell coming out of the oven. I shut off the oven and opened the windows and door to clear the smoke. The cleaning crew might have used an "Oven Off" type cleaner and did not rinse the inside of the oven well.This house...
