"The check-in was easy. The place seemed nice and clean. The problem was that when we returned from a day trip to Rome, our water wasn’t working. We only had a trickle coming from the kitchen and bathroom sinks, nothing from the shower, and the toilet reservoir only intermittently filled enough to flush. We attempted to contact management, but they didn’t answer their phone or text messages. I advise anyone thinking of staying here to do it at their own risk. I wouldn’t stay again."

"Corrado and his wife were amazing - they met us early to let us into their place - the place was extremely clean and the sleeping arrangements were very nice - the place is right down the street from the cruise port shuttle. Corrado shared many tips on places to get groceries and shuttles etc. This was the perfect place to stay for the night to be ready for our early morning departure into the Cruise ship. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment."

"El edificio era viejo, sucio, sin luz para llegar al departamento. El agua de la ducha podía salir o muy caliente o muy fría, imposible poder regularla. El área de la ducha oxidada. Tenía buena ubicación para el bus a cruceros. Demasiado caro para lo que era el cuarto. Si hubiera sido mitad de precio la evaluación pudo ser diferente, pero es mucho por lo que ofrece."

"We had a wonderful stay in Civitavecchia. The host was extremely accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. They were an excellent communicator—responsive, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was lovely, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also great and convenient for exploring Civitavecchia and getting to the cruise port. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Civitavecchia. Highly recommended!"

"The location was perfect and convenient. The room was very clean. There's a combined washer and dryer which is rare in Europe. Host was responsive and checked in with us a couple of times. There are several excellent eateries nearby. We would definitely stay here. (VRBO asked us to rate the winery, I am not sure what it was about. It's not a winery. )"

"Ótima localização e bom atendimento. Quarto e banheiro limpo. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando bem. Café da manhã simples, não vale a pena pagar, porque tem uma cafeteria ao lado com opções melhores (considerando que o café é em outro local, mesmo sendo poucos passos dali, mas já que precisa sair do local, vai na cafeteria que é ao lado (até mais perto que local do café). O quarto só tem 2 travesseiros na cama casal (como eu gosto de deitar na cama antes de dormir pra ver TV ou celular, senti falta de mais um travesseiro)."
