Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 75 m² house with air conditioning and sauna for rent in Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, less than 2 kilometres from Plage des bateaux with its famous waterfall and less than 5 kilometres from Omaha beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Le D-Day and Le Guillaume, which are located on the same site, can be rented out to provide a maximum capacity of 12 additional travellers (18 in total). Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with double sofa bed
- WC and single washbasin

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: communal barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 4,000 m² with sliding gate and digicode, shared with two other dwellings.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Jacuzzi (sleeps 9) shared with two other properties, open from 1 April to 1 October. A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.

- Children's play area shared with two other homes

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Honorine-des-Pertes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.

- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet airport, about 35 minutes by car
