- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas (including a double convertible), coffee table and a dining area for 8 guests. Air-conditioning in the living room (not in the bedrooms).

Sleeping area :
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)

- The garden is fully enclosed and faces east-southwest.
- The 50 m² terrace is covered by a pergola providing shade. It is equipped with garden furniture, garden tables and chairs, a parasol and a gas plancha, so you can make the most of sunny days and enjoy grilled meats.
- The 8mx4m swimming pool faces the terrace and is equipped with a safety cover and an audible alarm with fall detection, meeting the required standards. Unheated, it is open from May 1 to September 30, weather permitting.
