"We had a great stay! The space was incredibly roomy and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to charming downtown shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful lake paths for a peaceful stroll. One standout feature was the refrigerator—it’s the largest I’ve ever seen! Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we’d definitely come back."

"This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins."

"I was a single, female traveler on this particular trip. I felt very safe. The living area and bedroom are quite large. Wood's Market is close by which offers pre-cooked meals and sushi for an easy dinner option."

"Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous!"

"Great little place! I thought the price was a tad steep for just one night, but you can't beat the location. The backyard needs a little TLC and the coy pond is all dried up."

"We absolutely loved staying here. The house was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. It really felt like a home instead of just a rental. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the space.I especially loved all the art on the walls. It gave the house so much personality and made it feel warm and unique. And I have to mention the bed because it was honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in!This was the perfect place for our family while we were in Fort Collins, and we would definitely stay...
