Welcome to Paradise

The villa was everything we could hope for and more. The view of Etna and the sea are breathtaking. The accomodations are so comfortable and spacious. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are well-equipped. The location is ideal for visiting Siracusa and Catania quite easily, as well as the Etna wine country. Our host was so pleasant, helpful and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend the traditional Sicilian supper prepared by a chef who will come to the villa.

Gern! Hier ist eine Bewertung fĆ¼r Ihren Aufenthalt: ā€œWir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam ā€“ gleich am ersten Abend hat er uns sogar zum Supermarkt gefahren, was gar nicht nƶtig gewesen wƤre, denn er hatte bereits ein kleines Starterpaket mit Nudeln und anderen Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt. Das Haus selbst ist gerƤumig und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Terrasse mit einer traumhaften AuƟenkĆ¼che. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele schƶne PlƤtze, um je nach Wunsch in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu entspannen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich mit separatem Zugang, was zusƤtzliches GefĆ¼hl von PrivatsphƤre gibt. FĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge in den SĆ¼dosten Siziliens ist die Lage perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert!ā€

Fantastic stay in Sicily

Beautiful Villa

Francesco was a great host. If you needed anything Francesco was available immediately. The view was spectacular. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Good location as well because we used it as our home base for visiting Taromina, Catania and Siracusa and little towns in between. Grazie Mille Francesco per tutto!

Wonderful stay from beginning to end. Francesco met us so we would not get lost as we have a tendency to do. Very well stocked kitchen. Outside area with plenty of seating to enjoy the view of Mt Etna and the sea. Enjoyed the pool to cool off in. Francesco arranged for a chef to come and prepare a delicious dinner for my sisterā€™s birthday. Want to return in the future with my children. Loved our stay!

Fabulous view and access to the sea

Francesco is kind, patient and helpful. He personally ensured we had a fabulous stay by helping us obtain groceries and made recommendations for the area. We enjoyed the views and relaxed and cooked and dined outside. He also connected us to arrange for a personal chef to celebrate a birthday. We loved the access to the sea for a swim. Thank you!

Lovely Private Seaside Home!

The photos of the villa are pretty accurate. My husband and I stayed here at the end of our Sicily adventure. It is a lovely property just steps from the sea! The villa is big and can fit many couples or a large family. The host, Francesco was very welcoming and respsonsive, he greeted us at the gate, gave us a tour and helped us book an amazing Sicilian private chef. We enjoyed the views of the sea and Mt Etna!

Fabulous property and owner

Me and my family, adult children and their wives and girlfriends stayed. 8 of us in total. Property is clean and located close to Catania airport and close to so many other wonderful locations in Sicily. I would recommend this property and we will stay here again. Francesco was so easy to work with and helped us reserve an on site chef for dinner one night(who was also fabulous), drove us to get pizza one evening and also helped with food delivery one evening. A stunning. Via of the sea and Mt Etna from the back and access to the sea with a short walk. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous seaside home!

This is a beautiful home just steps from the sea. The pool was so refreshing and the kitchen is fully stocked. The wonderful host provided a lot of food and drinks when we arrived, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The home was conveniently located between Siracuse and Catania. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend it!

Outstanding Experience

The villa was beautiful and plenty big for 5 adults and 6 kids. Clean, amazing view, Wi-Fi worked well, on-site laundry much appreciated. Francesco was highly responsive and even put us in touch with a Sicilian chef who made us a home cooked meal. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view

The owner met us at the community gate after providing us with detailed directions the day of arrival. Once at the VRBO we were given a tour and shown how to use some of the amenities provided in the home. The home and property were absolutely gorgeous and met all the needs of our mixed group, which included two families with adults, young adults and an 8 year old. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had a full ensuite. The owner was very generous in providing us with some wonderful grocery items to get started. We did cook in the home each night of our 5 night stay and had a quick breakfast each morning. With such a wonderful view we spent each evening enjoying the pool and lounge area. A short walk led us down to a rock beach where we swam and visited with locals while enjoying the view of Mt. Etna. The property was easily our favorite during our 11 day vacation and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in this area.

Great hosts, property and location!

Our large group stayed in Sicily at this property for five nights. Francesco was such a responsive and helpful host, including communication about getting to the property, and even providing some groceries ready for us when we arrived. The property itself is amazing, lots of space for people to sleep, cook, relax or enjoy the views of Mount Etna and the sea inside or outside. I donā€™t think the pictures show all this place has to offer! I would definitely recommend it! The location also provides easy access to a nice area to swim or to other places given itā€™s close to the highway.

We were 3 couples, one of which was in a wheelchair. The Villa is super with an excellent view of the sea and at a distance there is mount Etna. It is equipped with all the facilities you need. Francesco helped us with all our requirements. It is a pleasant and quite place to stay.

Schƶne Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick

Unkomplizierter Vermieter. Ɯbergabe sehr gut. Nahrungsmittel fĆ¼r's erste vorhanden, sogar der KĆ¼hlschrank war bestĆ¼ckt, so dass man bei spƤter Ankunft nicht noch zum Supermarkt muss. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte wurde sofort geholfen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Heizung im Winter funktionierte tadellos. Die KĆ¼che ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war alles wie erwartet. Grandioser Ausblick Ć¼ber die Bucht auf Catania und den Ƅtna bis nach Kalabrien hinĆ¼ber. Sehr schƶn.

Sehr schƶne Villa mit atemberaubendem Ausblick

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in einen reinen Villensiedlung, die nur durch ein verschlossenes Tor erreichbar ist. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und die GrĆ¶ĆŸe des Hauses ist dafĆ¼r perfekt. 3 der Doppelzimmer mit Bad sind sehr schƶn renoviert, 2 der DZ mit Bad sind etwas Ƥlter - trotzdem Ć¼berall sauber! ZusƤtzlich gibt es noch ein WC extra. Der groƟe Wohn- und Essraum ist sehr schƶn und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ƅtna. Der Pool ist gepflegt. Die Mƶbel und Holzboden drauƟen sind etwas abgewohnt. Wir waren Ć¼ber Silvester dort. Das Wohnzimmer und die SchlafrƤume waren durch den Besitzer Francesco bei Anreise schon vorgeheizt. Francesco war sehr nett, immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen und hat sich sehr gut und schnell gekĆ¼mmert! Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kann man zum Strand laufen - aufgrund der Klippen kann man hier aber nicht schwimmen. Es gibt keine Restaurants oder Ƅhnliches in Laufweite. Die Villa ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man benƶtigt: HandtĆ¼cher, Fƶn, MĆ¼llbeutel, SpĆ¼lmaschinentabs, KĆ¼chengerƤte, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine etc. Bei Aufenthalt in der Villa wird ein Auto benƶtigt. Auf dem GelƤnde kann man 2-3 Autos parken. Rundum also ein Traum-Villa, die wir absolut empfehlen kƶnnen! Noch eine Aussage zu FeWo-direkt und der Kontaktperson ā€žLandoā€œ, der viele Villen hier bei FeWo-direkt einstellt. Lando reagiert leider nicht auf Anfragen hier auf der Plattform. Zwar wird der richtige Name des Besitzers der Villa angegeben, aber man erhƤlt nur die Handynummer des Verwalters. Auch bei dieser Handynummer reagiert Lando gar nicht oder sehr spƤt. Unser zuerst gebuchtes Haus wurde durch Lando nach Buchung kommentarlos aus FeWo komplett gelƶscht. Da er nicht auf Nachfragen dazu reagierte, habe ich mich an FeWo gewandt. Trotz Anrufen und Mails an FeWo hat FeWo nicht reagiert und hat nicht geholfen. DarĆ¼ber bin ich sehr enttƤuscht und wĆ¼rde daher nicht mehr bei FeWo buchen.

Perfekte Unterkunft fĆ¼r groƟe Gruppen

Francesco war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war perfekt fĆ¼r 10 GƤste. Die AuƟenkĆ¼che, der Pool, die vielen Sitznischen und der Blick auf den Ƅtna machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Fahrt nach Catania betrƤgt ca. 30 min, sodass alles gut zu erreichen ist. Ein Aufenthalt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und absolut hilfsbereit! Das Apartment war in einem guten Zustand, jedoch teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen! Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und die Ausstattung super! Als Manko sehen wir die Anfahrt zur Anlage, da die Zuwegung etwas erschwert ist!

Coastal bliss!

The property was perfect for our group of 10 adults. 5 full bedrooms each with their own bath. The deck and pool areas have a stunning view, as shown in the listing. The kitchen appliances and washing machine are new. We were able to hire a private chef and seat our whole group for a celebratory dinner. As mentioned in other reviews, the property is remote to shopping and restaurants, but we did find it convenient to day trip destinations including Siracusa, Noto, and Catania. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
