Located 20 km from Catania and 30 km from Syracuse, in the Baia Garden village, this 35 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. There is one bedroom with 2 fixed beds; 2 additional beds are available by opening the sofa bed in the fully equipped kitchen (to be prepared for the night), though this option is less comfortable than the main bedroom. For maximum comfort and space, we recommend a stay for up to 3 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment features a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee.



The beach is just 300 meters away, easily reached on foot along the same street as the Baia Garden complex, making this an ideal spot for a relaxing seaside holiday.



Outside, you can unwind on your private patio and use the outdoor shower. Beach kits can be requested on site for an extra fee.



Parking includes one shared on-site space and street parking within the Baia Garden complex. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
