"Very welcoming and comfortable cabin. High end finishes and spectacular views of lake from livingroom and main bedroom. A dresser or closet with hanging space would've been nice in both bedrooms. Neighbors nearby but very quiet area and short drive to Chippewa Falls. Would definitely recommend. "

"Codax retreat was a fantastic home for our family of 14 people (ages 2-60). We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to...

"Great location, peaceful and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a good stay. I would suggest a little more deep cleaning and some sort of instructions for operating the heat system . Possibly some temperature control before guest arrive . But otherwise a great cabin ,would stay there again when in the area . "

"Me and my boyfriend wanted a little get away and this resort was perfect it was so peaceful and clean! The cabin we stayed in was adorable. The owners were very kind and helpful. we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone! (Ps one of the owners has his own book that is sold in the gift shop would definitely recommend giving it a read!) "

"This place was awesome! My friends and I had a great time. The owners do a great job at taking care of their guests. They have everything you need and more for your stay. We were thoroughly impressed! I also feel like it’s worth mentioning that the grill was clean and in good shape and not beat up and dirty like you see at some places. The property is very nice with plenty of room to wander around and check out some of the local nature. If you are thinking about renting this place don’t hesitate...

"The cabin was very cute and clean, well furnished and the layout was perfect! We appreciated the toaster and coffee maker for breakfast. We spent the majority of our time on the UTV trails. The location of the cabin was great for trail access. There was plenty of parking for 2 vehicles and trailers. We would definitely recommend for small group or families.The only negative was the creaky floor in the loft."

"The house was perfect size for our family with lots of room to have meals & game time together. The oven worked, however, not very well. Cooked pizzas on the grill in order to get crust done. Patio door quite hard to open/close, so we used the side door, which was no big deal. Overall, enjoyed the beautiful home. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms/showers and rec area! "
