The apartment is 65 square meters.
There is a cozy living room with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and a bathtub.
You are also welcome to use our small garden with a seating area and the associated grill.

WiFi is available.

Our apartment is located about 300 m from the city center and is therefore very easy to reach on foot, but also by car.

In the city there are numerous possibilities to visit restaurants (exemplary: German, Italian, Asian and Greek cuisine).

A supermarket is also only a few minutes' walk away, so that nothing stands in the way of self-sufficiency.

Further information on sights, attractions and excursion destinations in our city and in the surrounding area can be found in the apartment.

Schƶne Ferienwohnung mitten in Auerbach - hundefreundlich

Schƶne, saubere groƟzĆ¼gige Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock eines Wohnhauses in Auerbach. Nebenbei ein Park fĆ¼r die Gassirunde des Hundes. Die Umgebung: Wunderschƶnes Vogtland mit Talsperren, Instrumentenmuseen (Klingenthal), Raumfahrtmuseum. Ausflug ins nahe Tschechien mƶglich. Und ganz wichtig: VogtlƤnder sind ein freundlicher Menschenschlag.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt, Vermieter sehr nett. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und es klappte alles wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und gemĆ¼tlich eingerichtet. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut. FĆ¼r einen Kurzaufenthalt in Auerbach sehr empfehlenswert.

Schƶner Dreh- und Angelpunkt fĆ¼r Wanderungen und AusflĆ¼ge

Wir haben von hier aus sehr schƶne Wanderungen, z. B. im Waldpark GrĆ¼nheide oder um Zwota herum unternommen. Schƶn anzuschauen sind neben Auerbach auch StƤdtchen und StƤdte wie Schneeberg, Plauen, Oelsnitz (Vogtland) oder auch Karlsbad/Karlovy Vary. Bei geƶffneten Fenstern manchmal in der "Rush hour" etwas laut.

Die FeWo ist toll gelegen, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung lassen keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. ParkplƤtze befinden sich direkt vorm Haus, die nƤchsten Einkaufsmƶglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie sind allesamt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwa 500m vom Markt und ca 350m von der nƤchsten Einkaufsmƶglichkeit (Netto ) entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig gelegen. Kommen mal wieder. Lg aus Dresden

Wandelvakantie

De vakantiewoning is zoals de advertentie zegt. Het is een comfortabel appartement, in de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Schoon. In de koelkast lag een drankvoorraadje, erg prettig. Voldoende handdoeken om te gebruiken in de royale badkamer. Het bed is prima. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hebben er ons prima vermaakt.
