"Pessima experiência. Minha esposa no check inn estava com dificuldade de locomoção com sua bagagens e as recepcionistas ficaram rindo da dificuldade dela. Nem tentaram ajudar e caíram na gargalhada em forma debochada. Nada profissional."

"Quarto limpo"

"Quarto espaçoso. Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Comodidades: TV, ar condicionado, frigobar, cafeteira e microondas. Não tem cofre no quarto. Bom café da manhã. E no hall tem café e água à disposição do hóspede. Certamente eu voltaria."

"Hotel is convenient due to airport location. But, visible necessity of maintenence. Front desk impatiente and did error in charging doble, keep attention."

"The staff was welcoming upon checkin. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated and the amenities like the airport shuttle and breakfast were fantastic."

"Nice!"

"Staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Room seem outdated but was clean."

"No amenities no soap or extra towels 2 bath towels that were really rough The toilet was moving a lot and the water faucet was loose"

"In room 103 there was no hot water in the shower no matter how long you waited or what side you tried it on it was cold water the whole time and only about half the tv channels worked and people were outside the room off and on talking being loud all night"

"Atendimento na chegada rispido! Hotel muito caro para o que oferece ( cama com colchao mole e chuveiro com banheira arredondada e muito lisa! Inclusive cai no banho) ! Quarto escuro!sem utensílios, a pesar se dizer que pode-se solicitar! "

"Muito simples e atendimento médio. Grande vantagem é ser perto do aeroporto e ter van grátis entre hotel e aeroporto de Phoenix"

"Last minute reservation & they were very accommodating. The room was perfect. The property was very clean and quiet. A big plus was the airport shuttle, much appreciated!"

"The hotel was exactly as expected, and overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean, the layout was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the walls had some visible scuffs and damage from general wear and tear, which could use a little attention. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay."

"We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again."
