Located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, in the town of Audenge, our house offers an ideal setting for discovering the region's many treasures. You'll be close to numerous amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.), bike paths, the oyster port, and Europe's largest seawater swimming pool. Nature lovers and those who love the great outdoors can explore the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron by taking the coastal path just 1 kilometer away. Located in a residential area, our contemporary-style house from the 1960s and 1970s is completely independent on a 900 m² enclosed plot. You'll enjoy a large, secure, raised terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a spa, a bioclimatic pergola, garden furniture, a gas grill, and a relaxation lounge. A garden with a parking area is also available. The house, arranged on two floors, comprises: - a spacious, bright, and welcoming living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge opening onto the terrace, - three bedrooms, including one with an electrically operated 140x190 bed, a master suite with an electrically operated 160x200 bed, a dressing room, and a private bathroom, and a bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds opening onto the balcony. - a bathroom. - a separate toilet.
