Vista Mar feels warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive, with elevated views across the treetops to the water and a calm Rocky Bay backdrop outside every window.



Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are bright and easy to use — a simple, comfortable space for families to settle in. The home includes:



A well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for relaxed meals at home

Fibre Wi-Fi, heat pump/AC, stereo, and smart TV (Netflix available with your own login)

A sunny balcony for morning coffee with sea views

A sheltered patio space downstairs that opens to native gardens, ideal for an afternoon platter or games with the kids

Two bedrooms sit on the main level:

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (ideal for children)



Vista Mar is designed for easy, restful days, walk to the quiet beach, wander the coastal tracks, explore the nearby playground, or enjoy a casual game of tennis, pickleball, or pétanque just around the corner. Pets are welcome on request, making this a truly family-friendly stay.

If you’re arriving without a car, the bus network is the simplest way to get around, and services run throughout the day. Taxis and shuttles are available island-wide, though they can be limited at peak times.



There’s on-site parking at the property, and having a car can be helpful if you’re planning to explore the island’s beaches, vineyards, and walking tracks.

The home uses rainwater tanks, please conserve water during your stay

The Stay Waiheke team is available 7 days a week between 8:30am and 5:00pm for general questions, maintenance requests, and any help you need during your stay.
