Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a secure lockbox located at the property.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 5 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

The house fulfilled our needs and expectations - it was clean and tidy and had all the requirements for a short stay. However, as it is run by a corporate property management company the facilities are functional and equipment is minimal - just what you would need but no more.The house itself was fine, but the process of trying to book the property was horrendous and if it wasn't such a short notice booking, we would have gone elsewhere. They were demanding, officious and illogical. It took 3 days and over 50 emails to resolve. Finally we were able to track down a phone number and after 6 attempts the phone was answered. Be aware you are dealing with a faceless, difficult to contact corporate who will take your payment details, ID, bond and communication outside of the bookabach portal. At the end of the day it was fine, but their booking system was disconcerting and created a range of pain points, that businesses should be aiming to eliminate for customers.
