On the living level are the master king bedroom along with a family bathroom.
Downstairs are three further bedrooms, as well as a TV snug with a sofa bed and a second bathroom. Ā Leading from this level is a an elevated wooden path which leads out into the native bush and bird watching platform.Ā
The house is located a few minutes drive from Oneroa and Onetangi Beaches, and overlooks Palm Beach.Ā You can walk from a path outside the house down through the fields to Palm beach.Ā Palm Beach is a lovely sandy beach, and has a 'locals favourite' cafe/restaurant Arcadia, a shop and a great kids playground.Ā Ā
