The Space:
This is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Fabulous sea views from the deck, living area and bedrooms. You will find peace and tranquility at this stand alone property. The house uses solar power and has all the amenities required for modern living. It is also a great place to escape to in winter with its cosy interior and log burning fire.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed.

Please note: 4wd or all wheel drive is required to access this property. A $120 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Pets considered upon application.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Hairdryers cannot be used as the house is solar powered. Also as the house is solar powered only limited small appliances are available.
Please note: The property can only be accessed by 4WD.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
