Upstairs a comfortable lounge, dining & kitchen area, opens onto a nice balcony. Be entertained by the wind-surfers, paddle boarders, swimmers and walkers who meander along the beachside footpath.

DAY OUTINGS - Numerous interesting places within 8 minutes drive.
Warkworth Town Centre on the Mahurangi river, the Kauri Parry Park and Historic Limestone Cement work ruins. The Matakana Village Farmers Market on Saturdays.
DRIVE 4km to Sandspit, a ferry goes to Kawau Island where Governor Sir George Grey's historic home is situated at Mansion House Bay. Opens for viewing fulfilling a day to picnic and enjoy a scenic woodland trail walk - highly recommended.
SNORKEL in Marine Reserve at Leigh - Goat Island - Glass bottom boat tours available. Snells Beach/Mahurangi Village is an easy stroll for the local Bakery, Cafes, or Take-out meals. A Library, Pharmacy, Fuel Station, local Pub and tennis courts etc. in the Village.

ATTRACTIONS: Recreational close by: Golf course, Wine Trails, Horse riding. Sculptureum gardens and Galleries, Brick Bay Wines & Sculptures trail and Sheepworld all nearby.
PICTURESQUE Regional Parks at Scandretts Bay and Tawharanui offer walking tracks. Scenic drives - beaches at Leigh, Omaha Peninsula and Goat Island, enjoyable day outings abound from this accommodation base on the waters edge at Snells Beach.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
NOT suitable for small children - open stairs and upper balcony railing.
NO pets or smoking.

SECURITY BOND:
An additional deposit of $300 maybe charged if any damage or loss occurs to the accommodation, its contents, or caused by a member of his/her party.
Also, if additional cleaning be required, this will be deducted from the Security Bond to reflect the costs involved.
