Just a five-minute stroll from Little Oneroa Beach, the local playground, dairy, and the much-loved Dragon Fired Pizza, Little Oneroa Cottage is a relaxed, sun-soaked holiday home with a fresh Mediterranean feel, an easy base for couples or small families wanting to settle into island life.

The Space:
Bright, comfortable, and recently updated, this two-bedroom cottage is made for simple, relaxed days. The living area opens into a light-filled space with a Samsung Frame Smart TV, fibre internet, and everything you need for an easy stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped for casual cooking, and the outdoor dining area sits in a peaceful bush setting, perfect for slow breakfasts, evening meals, or a quiet drink under the trees. A private spa offers the ideal way to wind down after a day at the beach.

A queen bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds make the cottage ideal for a couple, friends, or a small family.

With a bus stop right beside the driveway, exploring the island is effortless, you can arrive on the passenger ferry and be at the cottage without needing a car at all. There is also a dedicated parking space if you’re driving.

Bed Configuration:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed

Minimum stays: 5 nights from end of December to mid-January, 3 nights on holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times

Guest Access:
Guests have full and private use of the cottage, spa, outdoor dining area, and on-site parking space.
Check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is 10:30 am.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee depending on other bookings

The Neighborhood:
Little Oneroa Beach is just minutes away, a calm bay perfect for swimming, picnics, and long, easy afternoons. The nearby Little O playground, local dairy, and island-famous Dragon Fired Pizza make this a favourite corner for families and beach lovers.

A short walk brings you to Oneroa Village, home to cafés, gelato, boutique shops, and relaxed dining. For a slow lunch with a view, Wai Kitchen is a local favourite, great coffee, fresh seasonal plates, and a sun-soaked deck overlooking the bay.

When evening rolls in, wander into the village for dinner at The Oyster Inn, where you can enjoy fresh seafood, crisp wines, and a cosy dining room that feels unmistakably Waiheke.

The area is friendly, walkable, and central, with two beautiful beaches and everything you need close at hand.

Getting Around:
The bus stop beside the driveway makes getting around the island simple, whether you’re arriving from the ferry, heading to Oneroa, or spending the day at Palm Beach or Onetangi. Jump on with other holiday makers and explore the island without needing a car.

If you prefer to drive, there is a dedicated parking spot next to the cottage. Taxis and rideshare services also operate across Waiheke, though fares can be higher during busy times.

Other Things to Note:
Like many Waiheke homes, the cottage runs on rainwater, so we ask guests to use it thoughtfully.

Interaction with Guests:
Our Stay Waiheke team is available 7 days a week from 8:30 am–5 pm, with after-hours support for urgent matters.

Once you arrive, the cottage is yours, calm, private, and ready for a relaxed island stay.
