The Space:

Just a short stroll down the road brings you to Little Oneroa Beach—ideal for swimming, picnics, or connecting to scenic coastal walking tracks that lead towards Oneroa Village. From there, enjoy local favourites like fish and chips on the beach or a visit to Dragonfired for woodfired pizza.



Thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the space offers a cosy and private retreat while being close to all the essentials.



Inside, you’ll find a separate bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable bedding, along with a light-filled living area. A heat pump provides year-round comfort, keeping things cool in summer and warm in winter.



The guesthouse is equipped with simple, practical amenities including a toaster, coffee maker, fridge, and more—everything you need for an easy, fuss-free stay.



Step outside to your own private nook at the rear of the cottage, complete with a BBQ—perfect for relaxed evenings after a day exploring the island.



Although located beside the main house, the guesthouse offers complete privacy. The owners are overseas for most of the year, allowing you to enjoy the space as your own.



With a dedicated parking space and easy access to nearby bus routes, getting around the island is effortless.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
