The home is beautifully styled throughout, with generous open-plan living, a modern well-equipped kitchen and four spacious bedrooms thoughtfully set up for families and multi-generational stays. Several bedrooms connect directly to the deck, while the master suite enjoys elevated bay views.



Downstairs, a separate rumpus-style retreat complete with pool table offers an additional space for kids, teenagers or guests to spread out.

Perfectly positioned close to Palm Beach, Enclosure Bay and Sandy Bay via nearby walking paths, the home offers the ideal balance of privacy, comfort and convenience. Oneroa Village, wineries and dining destinations are all just a short drive away.

Waiheke Island is known for its beautiful beaches, boutique vineyards, coastal walks and relaxed island pace. Spend your days swimming, wine tasting, exploring local markets and enjoying long lunches by the water – all just a short ferry ride from Auckland.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.

The pool can be heated for another NZD$100
