Hotel fazenda com passeio a cavalo em Auckland

"Durante nossa viagem de final de ano (2019/2020), esquecemos uma jaqueta na Australia, que foi enviada a este hotel. Como foi entregue apos a nossa partida, a gerência do hotel se prontificou a fazer a postagem da jaqueta para o Brasil, sendo cobrada a taxa de NZL 39,00. Ocorre que esta jaqueta nunca chegou aqui. Enviamos varios emails para o hotel, para a recepçao e para a gerência geral, os quais nunca foram respondidos. Sequer enviaram o código da postagem para rastreamento. Fica aqui...

"Loved this beautiful cottage on the property. Highly recommended. Lived the breakfast brought to the room, the hot tub, the views back to Auckland and all the furnishings. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and the sunset views. Check in was easy - didn’t speak to anyone and just entered the cottage. "
