Summary:
Sea views and sunsets! Church Bay Views, perched above Oneroa, is a freshly renovated holiday cottage in a desirable location on Waiheke Island. This open plan home features a modern kitchen with all new appliances, indoor dining and comfortable lounge. Two double bedrooms and full bathroom are located off the lounge with sliding doors opening the house to the deck with sea views and BBQ area. A further bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.
The Space:
There is something for everyone in close proximity of Church Bay Views. Many of Waiheke's attractions including Mudbrick and Cable Bay vineyards, the main village of Oneroa with cafes, galleries and shops as well as the white sands of Oneroa beach are all within walking distance from the property. Stonyridge, Miro, Goldie and Te Motu vineyards as well as the iconic Saturday farmers market, Countdown supermarket and the ferry are are within easy reach.
Bed configuration: Bedroom 1: queen bed, Bedroom 2: double bed, Bedroom 3 downstairs - king bed.
Please note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years. The price per night is for 4 people with an additional $50 per night per person to a maximum of 6 people. A compulsory cleaning fee of $200 applies to all bookings and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights remainder of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times. Small dogs considered on request only and must be approved in writing.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
