Located 4 km from Montignac (all amenities) and 1 km from Aubas (rural village with various shops), this detached 80 m² house is situated on a disused farm. Nine exterior steps lead to the ground floor, where you'll find a living area with a lounge, kitchenette, and sitting room with a 130 cm sofa bed. There is also a shower room with a toilet. Upstairs (17 steps), there are two attic bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds and a cot. A separate toilet with a washbasin is also located on this floor. The house has electric heating. The 1500 m² garden is not fenced and includes an 18 m² terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Towels are available for €7 per person per change, and bed linen for €10 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €40. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is charged at €0.18 per additional kWh. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath. This renovated farmhouse includes the cottage, the barn with its attached barbecue, the former bakehouse (now used as a bicycle storage area), and the old, unoccupied barn, all offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside with complete privacy. The neighboring farm is 150 meters before the cottage, below the road (this farm is no longer in operation). The country lane behind the property leads to a single house 300 meters further up the road; this lane is a hiking trail. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the sites of the Vézère Valley, including the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac, the National Museum of Prehistory in Les Eyzies-de-Tayac (30 km), and Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, or the Château de Hautefort (Gardens and Museum of Medicine) (25 km).
