"What a treat! Our group of 4 women thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Half House. Everything about it from the location, charming decor, comfy beds, and historic vibe made it a memorable experience. "

"It’s a little peace of paradise! My favorite spots at this beautiful Lakehouse are sitting on the deck enjoying the lake view in the morning and relaxing on the dock in the evening. "Perfect stay in Charlevoix in a very nice neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Lake Michigan, a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 20 minute walk to Lake Charlevoix. Owner/property manager was extremely helpful. He has a paddleboard that we used and that turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. House was very clean, everything worked well. There was plenty to do in and around Charlevoix like fishing, and mushroom houses, and feed the fish and hiking and golf and swimming and boating. Already...

"We had an excellent stay . The house lay out was perfect for our family of ten , three adult couples and four children . The families with two kids each took the upstairs suite which had 4 bedrooms and two baths . Grandparents stayed downstairs with third bath . The house was well stocked with stuff you need like dishwashing detergent , laundry supplies etc . Location was great ! Short walk or golf cart ride to sandy beach. We happened to be here during a festival so were able to see the air...

Would recommend leaving ac running if guests are checking in as the window ac cooled the place but took a few hours and it was close to 94 degrees out when we checked in. Would also recommend keeping a few coffee mugs for guests and doing a deeper clean of the bathroom."

"This was the perfect place for coziness and to restore. The host made sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. Even when the power went out ahead of our stay they made sure to let us know and had prepared us with other accommodations. Luckily it was on way before we arrived. There is nature and peace right outside the doors. We will be back "

"Ample parking for our car & boat trailer. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge family room with beautiful windows overlooking the water. Large, private lot - great for yard games! Individual a/c units in each living space were fantastic. Comfortable furniture & bedding. Gas grill & washer/dryer were a bonus. The dock was a great spot to moor our boat and enjoy a cup of coffee/glass of wine."
