-This home is ideal for families or groups and includes an 8 foot pool table, WiFi, full kitchen with all brand new stainless appliances, washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (no cable, just streaming apps), and much more!

AMENITIES:
-The home is also equipped with Wifi, a standard drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more!
-There is a basic charcoal grill for guests to use & we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid. Guests must supply their own.
-Please note: If the grill is used during your stay, guests are expected to clean it prior to departure and leave it in the same condition it was found. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive grill cleaning is required after checkout.

-Guests have access to the entire home, front porch, back deck, and back yard.
-There is are stairs to enter, stairs to access the backyard and a flight of stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms and bathrooms.
-We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors.

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Whiskey Rose House", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

AMENITIES:

-Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided.
-Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out.
-No laundry detergent is provided.
-Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES:

We are always happy to welcome families! Please note that the property is not childproof, and children must be always supervised by an adult for safety.
-Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures.
-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.
