Close to the Margate boarder, at most a 15 min to AC Action (4.4 miles to Tropicana), 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive (6.5blocks) to Ventnor boardwalk/beach, and 1 mile to Lucy the Elephant. Golf driving area, bay fishing spots, trails and a nature reserve are all a walk / 1 block away.

Guests have access to the entire home.

No loud parties, please respect my neighbors.

There are 4 parking spots for my property . 2 directly in front of my unit, and you can double park directly behind those two spots. If you need additional parking then please park near the stop sign at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Please do not park in front of my neighbors homes.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please smoke on the back porch and utilize the ashtray provided.

Return keys to lock box and use the extra set on the small table on the small kitchen table.
