Unit 2 – Main Unit (4BR / 2BA) Living & Dining Relax in the bright, welcoming living area with a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a beach day. The open-concept layout flows into a dining area ideal for family meals, game nights, or gathering together.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home, including a spacious kitchen island with granite countertops. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. Coffee, K-cups, creamer, sugar, and tea are provided to get your mornings started right.

Unit 1 – Ground Floor (2BR / 1BA) Living, Kitchen & Dining The open-concept kitchen provides a secondary area for prepping all your favorite meals. The dining area creates a cozy, welcoming space for relaxing and dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, along with a coffee bar stocked with K-cups, creamer, sugar, and tea. The living area features a plush sofa, electric fireplace, and HD Smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day at the beach.

All beds are made with freshly laundered linens for a comfortable stay.
Bathroom & Laundry One full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower is stocked with fresh towels. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Stroll to the boardwalk for morning coffee, beach days, or sunset walks. You`ll find great local dining, shops, and entertainment within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is friendly and relaxed perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy the shore without the crowds of the casino areas. Quick access to Atlantic City and Margate means the fun is never far away.
Getting Around: Getting around is easy on foot, you`re just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. By car you’re minutes from Atlantic City attractions, casinos, and entertainment. Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available in the area for convenient local trips.
LISTING NOTES: PARKING: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Two parking permits are provided for additional street parking nearby.
TVs: There are TVs in both living spaces and several bedrooms. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.
MULIT UNIT BLDG: This listing is inclusive of two separate units. The first floor unit is accessed from the ground floor and includes 2BRs/1BA, and the second floor unit is 4BR/2BA. There are no other units on the property and you’ll have the entire home to yourself.
STAIRS: 1 step required to access ground floor unit, approx. 8 stairs required to access 1st floor and 10-12 stairs required to access 2nd floor.
HVAC: the ground floor unit is heated and cooled via a high efficiency mini split system. There are mini split heads in the living room, and both bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors are cooled via a central heating and cooling system. The thermostat is located to the left of the staircase on the 1st floor.
Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
