Spacious & newly constructed 2nd floor decorated beach home with 3 bedrooms & 2 new custom baths (granite & stone tile). Living room with soaring vaulted ceiling, full new kitchen, washer-dryer, central air and heat, large deck. close to everything & beach!

check out cleaning is included also Fresh Bed linens & Bath and hand towels for all guests are included fee !

Hello and welcome to our home
This second floor unit has new hardwood floors throughout the home. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, one queen bed, walk in closet, night stands, dresser, flat screen TV and full bathroom. Bedroom 2: one full bed with night stands, dresser, large closet. Bedroom 3: two full beds, flat screen TV, night stands, dresser and large closet. Living area has skylights and cathedral ceilings, large flat screen TV, sectional sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen is new with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher microwave, double door refrigerator, bright white classic cabinets and granite counter top. Ceiling fans in every room throughout the home. Outside Area: Large front deck with tables and chairs. Large fenced-in, landscaped sitting or eating area in the rear yard with a grill & new outside shower.

Linen service and final cleaning is provided in the fee, Fresh Linens for the beds and 8 bath and hand towels for your guests

This house is located approximately one and a half blocks to the beach (5 min walk) and half block to the bay or boat ramp (30 second walk). Short walking distance (8 min walk) to the center of town restaurants, ice cream, shops and more. Links golf course is a 3 min car drive to the course. also included are Flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, wireless internet, washer and dryer and modern kitchen

Last week of summer 2024

What an amazing home! So clean, new, fully equipped for a family, clean linens and bedding and beach tags/chairs/cart. Communication was fast and easy, self check in was a breeze and the pier was so fun to fish off of. It was so good we wanted to stay longer.

Great stay in Brigantine

Fun time at this place. Easy communication with owner, clean place, easy checkout. Very nice accommodations, comfortable beds, great view from balcony. Would rent here again.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I booked this property pretty late this year for our annual trip to the beach. We have never stayed in Brigantine before but we were very happy we did. The house was a perfect size for 2 children and 5 adults. It was on a very quiet street and very close to both the beach and the bay. They have everything you could possibly need at the house and it was very clean upon arrival. The host was super helpful and communicated regularly with helpful information upon check in and check out. We would definitely come back again and recommend to others!

Awesome home

Perfect!! Everything was amazing .. location of home is awesome close to restaurants, stores and beach (all within walking distances). House super clean, roomy and outside deck is great!! Steven is super responsive ... looking forward to staying at this location again !!!

The house was good and enjoyed our time in Brigantine. Need to improve: no vacuum cleaner, TV no detailed instructions could never watch more than 5 minutes without the Wi Fi buffering the system sucks! Living room lacks quality seating

Amazing Birthday Stay

Great Location!

Overall this property was pretty much as advertised. Location is great. Near center of town so shopping, etc. is easy walk. Beach is easy 5 minute walk as advertised. Great views of sunset over bay side just a short walk as well. Only two minor things that could be improved. Kitchen could be a little better stocked with utensils/pots. We had to buy a large pot to make spaghetti. Left it for next person so that problem is solved :) Also TV channels are very limited, but not the end of the world since we didn't watch a lot of TV. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again. For the money a great value.

Short summer stay

We rented the upstairs location but received the code for the downstairs location. I spoke to the owner about the problem after we noticed we were missing a bed. He was very nice about it and offered to give a discount on a future stay. The bed linens were in the wrong rooms (full size beds with queen sheets and queen beds with full size sheets). The floods could use some cleaning, there were also some food splatters crusted to the walls in the dining area. Other than that the place was relatively clean and as described online. The walk to the beach is short and the walk to the boating area is even shorter. Would have appreciated a list of local recommended restaurants/stores but found a few places thanks to recommendations from a local we met on our way to the beach. Everyone we met on the island was very nice. Beach is trash free but bring water shoes... lots of seashells in the sand!

Clean and ready to relax!

We stayed in September during the off season for a weekend and we couldn't have been happier! The place was immaculate and exactly as advertised. It felt very beachy and relaxing. It's actually located closer to the beach than some places on the south end due to the huge dunes. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place. We will be back soon too hopefully!

Welcoming and comfortable

This is a beautifully decorated, roomy, and comfortable home. It was great to have this space to get our family together. It is located in a lovely area with a short walk to a clean, wide beach. We also enjoyed nice breezy walks near the bay side. The beds were really comfortable, and it was nice to have the sheets and towels there for us. It would have been an improvement to have hand towels included though. Also, in the master bedroom, nightstand lamps would help. The master bathroom shower is a work of art, and the front deck is a great plus. While the kitchen is new and beautiful, a few additions would make it even greater, such as some mixing bowls, larger pots and frying pans, and some utensils, like a whisk, wine bottle opener, etc. We really enjoyed our vacation, and would definitely stay here again!

Great time!

Beautiful property with loads of parking. Walking distance to the beach and the main street with some fabulous restaurants. Only 20 minutes to the Atlantic City Boardwalk. It met the needs of 8 people from 3 families.
