When you enter the fabulous Seaside Beach Mansion, you'll immediately sense the warm and inviting upscale coastal decor. The ground floor features 4 bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms attached. Two bedrooms offer King beds and two have Queen sized beds (one of the king suites has a twin bed as well). One of the King bedrooms is a 1st floor Master, featuring a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.
There is a first floor living/TV room with a queen pullout sofa bed and it's own kitchenette. The pool deck features a granite outdoor bar for relaxation and outdoor dining and the pool is a great diversion from the surf and sand. The outdoor shower is convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach. The utility room off of the garage has a washer/ dryer for your use and there is a 2nd full size side by side refrigerator in the garage.
The second floor is the main living floor with an open floor plan which is ideal for larger groups. This floor features the gourmet kitchen with huge granite island bar, with seating for 10! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with commercial grade appliances including a 6 burner stove, 3 ovens, microwave oven, warming drawer and 2 Bosch dishwashers. An automatic under counter ice maker and beverage center help take the overflow from the over-sized Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator/freezer.
