This property promises to offer basic rental options, however, failed to provide even the basics as we walked in to trash that had been rotting in the garbage can filling the whole place with the stench for the two days that we stayed thereWhen I immediately contacted the owners, they advised the cleaning person was in there two days ago, which could not be further from the truthAfter not staying there the first night and advising the owners of same, she waited until the end of the second day stating she needed to speak with her husband about what to do and only then offered to give a 50% refund and when I agreed to the 50% refund, she later changed it to 50% of what they get not 50% of my overall costThis proved to be a third of what I actually paid overall - I got multiple text from both of the owners ensuring me that they would make it right - if which they did NOTI cannot stress the disappointment, not only for my family and our stay but for the lack of consideration and service to the publicI would definitely not rent from them ever again
