This newly renovated space boasts 2 master bedroom suites and 2.5 bathrooms within walking distance to the Brigantine Cove and beach. This home is equipped with smart TVs in each bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a 2 car driveway. Enjoy streaming music from the googlehome, charge your electronic devices with the built in USB chargers connected to each bedframe and lamps, use the desk to catch up on work, and relax on the two new full leather sofas in the living room.

The space
This is a 2 story family friendly 1200sq foot townhome with a 2 car driveway and private backyard.

As you enter into this modern and renovated home, to the right is the living room which contains a 50" Smart TV and 2 brand new leather sofas, one being a sleeper. Down the hallway is a half bath and a laundry closet where you can find the washer/dryer combo. The eat in kitchen contains black granite countertops underneath white cabinets, a Ninja coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The sliding doors off the kitchen open to a private fenced in backyard with a BBQ grill. Across the kitchen is a dedicated workspace where you can catch up on your work emails.

Heading upstairs you will find 2 master bedroom suites, each containing their own bathroom and ample closet space. Please note, we do not provide linens. Each master bedroom suite contains a brand new Queen sized bed with a luxurious, highly rated, 10in memory foam firm mattress. Beneath each queen sized bed is a twin x-long trundle to accommodate your additional guests. The queen beds each contain built in USB chargers to charge all of your devices. The lamps next to the queen beds offer more USB chargers to ensure you have everything you enjoy at home.

Please feel free to bring your entire family. We have a high chair and pack-n-play for your use!

The entire home is available for guests, including the 2 car driveway and backyard.

No third party bookings. Whoever books the home must be present during the entire stay.

No parties or unregistered guests.

Pets are a case by case basis, and will require a $150 non-refundable dog fee per dog. Please contact owner to discuss.
