Living and Dining: Step into this cozy and inviting first-floor condo just a few short blocks from the beach. The open-concept living area features cozy seating, a fireplace for chilly evenings, and a large high definition TV equipped for streaming your favorite shows. Board games and kids games can also be found in the living room. The dining space seats six comfortably and flows into a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials you need to cook and entertain, additionally seating can be found at the spacious kitchen island.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This home offers three beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, an en suite bathroom for added privacy, and a walk-out balcony with seating—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The second bedroom has a comfy king, while the third is perfect for kids or friends furnished with a bunk-bed that contains a twin over full bed plus a twin trundle. All bedrooms have ample clothing storage and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are clean and functional with lovely walk-in showers w/ tiled surrounds.
Outdoor Space: At the front of the home you'll find a private and charming covered front porch, perfect for lounging or meals outdoors. The master bedroom has a walk out porch with seating - perfect for morning coffee. The BBQ grill is located in the garage and easily accessible for outdoor cooking.
Parking: The home can accommodate two vehicles, on in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is also free, and no permits are required, making it easy for additional guests.

DAMAGE WAIVER: When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waiver. The charge listed as “insurance fee fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. LISTING ACCESS: This home one of two condos on the property. This means the property shares a wall with the neighboring home, with the other home being above ours. Each home has its own private entrance, amenities, and living spaces—nothing is shared between the two. Our garage is connected with our neighbors garage, other than that none of the spaces are shared.
STAIRS REQUIRED: There are 5-6 stairs required to access the property. Inside the home there are 3–4 steps between the living room and kitchen and the area that leads to all the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time. - Absolutely no parties or events. - No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee. - No drugs - No underage consumption of alcohol - No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels. - Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM. - No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host. - No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls. - No Candles, wax or open flames. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
