Trash collection is Thursday. Please make sure all trash is placed in the outdoor cans on Wednesday evening & bring cans to the front curb for pickup.

For your safety and property protection, there are 3 security cameras located on the exterior of the home:
• 1 above the garage overlooking the driveway
• 1 at the front door
• 1 overlooking the backyard
• Cameras record continuously 24/7.

🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• A personalized smart-lock code will be provided prior to arrival for contactless entry

• Early check-in requests are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival. If available, a $100 early check-in fee will apply. Late check-out is not offered

📋 IMPORTANT TO NOTE

• Guests must be 25 years or older to rent home
• No bachelor or bachelorette parties, events, or senior week groups
• Pool and hot tub heated seasonally (mid April–October)
• No refunds for weather or personal matters; travel insurance is recommended
• Guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in
• Elevator runs from garage level through all floors

📜 CITY REGULATIONS

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
• No parties or large gatherings
• Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbances
• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests
• Guests may use all areas except locked owner closets
