The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: There is no dedicated onsite parking, but street parking is free and typically easy to find in this part of Ventnor.

TVs: There are TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. All TVs are Smart TVs with Roku—log into apps like Hulu, HBO Max, Prime Video, and Netflix with your own credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: There are 3-4 steps to enter the home. Inside, there is one full flight (about 10 steps) from the main floor up to the second floor.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen, adjacent to the side door entrance, and are private for guest use.

HVAC: The home is heated and cooled by remote controlled mini-splits in each room.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
House Rules:
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay:
-The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
