"Upon arrival we felt alittle uncomfortable with the location however the house was very cute and the neighborhood was quiet. The space was smaller than it looked in pictures but it worked just fine. The beds were all very comfortable. We were having a good time until night 2. The sewage was backed up and was coming up through the shower drains. We had to evacuate the home. "Perfect spot for a weekend get away! The house is smaller but has everything you need! It was decorated very cute and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. My family and I loved our stay at this property! "

"The place didn't meet my expectations and while I think honest reviews and tranparency is important, I haven't had an experience like this ever while renting any homes. Then as a business owner myself, the host refuse to provide his or her name which I found odd and unprofessional. The front door would not lock properly because of a loose screw that we fixed on numerous occasions. The kitchen needs major upgrades and smelled like mold. Carpet on steps was very old and dirty. "The location was okay — about 30 minutes from LBI. The closest beach was unfortunately quite buggy and not very clean. The indoor space was very clean and well-kept, though the backyard setup felt a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, my husband got sick, and we had to leave a night early. I asked about a partial refund for the unused night, but the owner wasn’t able to offer one."

"The home is Rustic shore home. The location is way close to the beach and restrooms. Just go up the hill and you get to see sunsets. Just go to the left. And then you're on the beach. For the beautiful moonrise and sunrise. This is a perfect house for our big family. Or a bunch of friends to get together. It was also great for a couple. Outside shower has beautiful. plenty of Pressure."

"Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! "
