"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"Very unique historical property. Service was very friendly, the room was small but clean. We would have liked a mini fridge but other than that, it was lovely. Breakfast was included at a nearby deli and it was fabulous. We also ate at the Riverside Grille on the property for dinner. Amazing! "

"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"Nos três dias em fiquei hospedado ao chegar ao hotel por volta das 19:00 HS não havia NINGUÉM na recepção muito inseguro! Isolamento acústico ruim com pessoas falando alto e pulando no quarto ao lado. Ao fazer o checkout e pedir o pagamento de caução a mesma atendente que recebeu o dinheiro não estava achando e teve de ligar para a gerente e com muito custo me liberou o dinheiro como se o problema fosse meu. Além disso fiquei esperando por meia hora pois o hotel não tinha ninguém na recepção...

"Estadia foi péssima, Hotel muito mas muito sujo mesmo, pouquíssimos funcionários, à limpeza dos andares não existe, os quartos também não são limpos e o pior as 23.30hs o alarme de incêndio tocou e todos tivemos que sair dos quartos e descer para a portaria do Hotel onde ficamos por quase 2 horas para depois liberar a subida para os quartos novamente, tudo isso e apenas um funcionário do Hotel para orientar. "

"The location is wonderful! Clisecwalking distance to beach. 2 outdoor pools also avaliable. A fenced in area with cabana loungers, cannot reserve though, but if you go down and 'set up' no body bothers your stuff and you dont need a lot of stuff because youre so close to where you stay. The bungalows are excellent, fully equipped with a kitchenette.reasonably priced, even beach towels are provided. Restaraunts, Bars, & Shops are within a few blocks walking abd there is a golf cart rental place...

"We happen to have a room that you could see the ocean and the rooms are very spacious with a microwave a fridge a little two top oven, which we wouldn’t use but the fridge in the microwave are very handy. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I really enjoy it. Good location and a nice spot."
