    Este condomínio Tar Landing é a casa de férias em família perfeita ... traga várias famílias e amigos para apreciar a vista deslumbrante do oceano! Venha sentar na varanda da frente do Papa Jim e tomar um copo gelado de chá doce ... relaxe e aproveite o pôr do sol com um copo de vinho. O condomínio espaçoso e confortável está equipado com tudo que você precisa durante as férias. Sábado a sábado aluguel apenas durante a alta temporada de junho, julho e agosto. Locatários são permitidos 2 carros apenas na unidade.

    Ao entrar neste condomínio lindo, no lado esquerdo, você verá um quarto com duas camas de dia. Um banheiro completo se conecta com o próximo quarto, que tem três camas de solteiro e uma cama de casal. Essa área seria perfeita para as crianças se reunirem. Há uma televisão nesta sala para as crianças se divertirem.

    Suba as escadas para o segundo andar, onde você encontrará a bela cozinha com elegantes bancadas de granito. A cozinha se abre diretamente para a sala de estar e sala de jantar e, a partir daí, vá para o convés para ver a vista espetacular do oceano. Há uma televisão na sala principal para ver a família. Logo após a cozinha é uma área de bar e um banheiro completo que leva para outro quarto. Este quarto tem uma cama queen-size e um conjunto de beliches. Observe a porta privada que leva para fora ...

    O piso superior tem dois quartos, ambos com camas king size. Cada quarto tem seu próprio banheiro grande com toucador duplo. * Bônus *, há um chuveiro extra que une os dois banheiros! Muitos lugares para que todos se limpem depois da praia :) Ambos os quartos possuem TV para aproveitar um pouco de tempo relaxante.

    Esta incrível casa acomoda facilmente 15 pessoas e fica extremamente perto do parque estadual de Fort Macon. Não são permitidos barcos, jet skis, reboques ou campistas ou motocicletas em Tar Landing.

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Summer 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Funk vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was wonderful as usual. The only suggestion or thing I would say is the pillows on the beds really need to be replaced. They are old and flat. The sheets this year were also difficult bc they are obviously not deep pocket so never stayed on the mattress. Otherwise the unit is just what we needed!

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

2024 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week staying at papa Jim’s Front Porch! The condo was as listed and more. The view was wonderful from the deck. We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What can I say about Papa Jim's? Amazing views, plenty of beds, and the perfect spot for a family vacation. We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

There were a few issues with cleanliness, leaks that caused wet ceiling tiles, trash receptacles that were too small and numerous spiders (on the bottom floor). View was great, and a quick walk to the beach. I’m sure the issues we noticed will be remedied with Heather’s involvement.

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

Our Stay

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

Plenty of room for 4 couples

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

Great beach getaway

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Atlantic beach vacation 2021

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Great location and property management

My family had a wonderful time and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and plenty of towels/linens. Beds comfy! Property Manager, Heather, was the kindest. Check in was very easy.
